Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

Lawscom takes pride in the satisfaction of our clients with the services we provide. This Satisfaction Guarantee Policy is integrated with and subject to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy as stated on this website.

All clients may submit a Satisfaction Guarantee Request to Lawscom by emailing [email protected], clearly outlining their complaint along with details of the service used. Upon verifying the complaint, if there is any delay or negative feedback from the client, Lawscom will promptly address and resolve the issue. Such delays or complaints must fall within the scope of Lawscom’s operations to be eligible under this policy.

Any delays resulting from changes in laws or regulations, administrative procedures, natural disasters or acts of war will not be considered under the Satisfaction Guarantee Request, as these are beyond Lawscom’s control.

Furthermore, Lawscom bears no responsibility for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required documents or information in a timely manner. Claims for compensation under such circumstances will not be covered by this policy.

Lawscom does not guarantee any outcome or result in processes involving government, judicial bodies, or any regulatory authority. For example: The relevant authorities may object to or reject your trademark application or company name for reasons beyond our control, or due to changes in government procedures following regulatory amendments or updates. There may also be instances where government websites are down or experiencing delays, preventing us from submitting your application within the expected timeframe. Such circumstances are beyond Lawscom’s control, and we shall not be held responsible for these issues.

SERVICE MODIFICATION

If you wish to change your originally selected service to another service offered by Lawscom, you may submit a request within 60 days from the date Lawscom received your payment, provided that the original request has not yet been completed or processed at the time the change is requested.

Fees paid for the original request, after deducting any government fees, affiliate charges or third-party provider fees (if applicable), will be reasonably adjusted toward the new request. You will be responsible for paying any additional fees associated with the new request once the modification is approved by Lawscom.

REFUND POLICY

We are committed to delivering services that meet our clients’ expectations. However, if you are not satisfied even after our best efforts, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are only available in cases of clear errors or omissions in the services provided by Lawscom.
  • No refunds will be issued if you change your mind, circumstances, or situation and Lawscom shall not be held responsible for such changes.
  • If a refund request is made after the service has been completed or the order fulfilled, you will not be eligible for a refund, and such a request will be deemed invalid.
  • You will not be eligible for a refund if there is any delay on your part in providing the required documents or information.
  • Refunds will not be granted after 180 days from the date of payment to Lawscom for any service, even if the request has not yet been initiated or is still in progress. Lawscom shall not be held legally liable for such orders. The amount paid for those services will be treated as a service fee for our guidance and support throughout the process.
  • If you request to switch your original service to another service of lower value, the difference will not be refunded. Instead, the difference will be retained as a credit in your account, which you may use for future services.
  • Each credit must be used within 365 days from the date it is issued. After that period, the credit will expire.
  • Once a refund is approved by Lawscom, it will be processed within 30 business days from the date the claim is resolved. Refunds will only apply to professional service fees and will exclude all government fees, taxes, charges, third-party payments, payment gateway fees, and provider payments, if any.
